The pedistal makes leveling a snap.

BOTTOM LINE Yes, I would recommend this to a friend.

The pedestals saves your back (the 10" high model with no drawer worked best for us) and makes it easy to perfectly level your appliance in the place where it will be used. This is possible because the front cover of the pedestal snaps off and provides direct access to the adjustable feet from inside the pedestal. Our machine rocks much much less! (we also use "Silent Feet" vibration dampener feet made with Sorbothane). The combination is unbeatable.

The pedestals are mounted to bottom of my Whirlpool washer and dryer creating much better operational convenience while doing laundry.The product is sturdy, no vibration, was easy to install.[...]

Terrifically pleased with the pedestals, raised the washer/dryer to a more ergonomic height and made it easier to load/unload clothes...and also dampened vibration a bit...plus, they were pretty easy to install.

This is a back saver!

I have some herniated disks in my back. I needed something to raise my washer and drawer so I wouldn't have to bend as far to do laundry. I was glad there was a 10" pedestal available, because the 15" one would not have fit under the cabinets above my washer and dryer. These were a great solution, and easy to attach!

Great idea but it didn't work

BOTTOM LINE No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The 10" pedestals are a great idea to reduce bending over so far when adding or removing clothes from the washer and dryer. Unfortunately, with the washer on the pedestal the vibration is so bad the washer danced across the laundry room shaking violently. A second brand new washer was delivered and placed on 3/4" plywood and the noise and vibration was still horrible. The entire laundry room and everything in it was shaking. Once off the pedestals the problem stopped.

BOTTOM LINE Yes, I would recommend this to a friend.

Gives that needed lift to Duet washer for ease of loading/unloading. Good, solid construction, and fairly lightweight.[...] Installation requires tipping/lifting the washer, so have at least 2 people available for the effort. Don't throw away the box - you'll need it to cushion the washer when it's down.
