I was hesitate to purchase because of the price but the quality, good looks, and sturdy design outway the price. Also i have a small child and the safety precautions alone are worth the extra cost.

Well packed. Not too hard to assemble. Precut/stamped pieces do not allign perfectly. But overall it holds the tv well and keeps it from moving. TV and Stand look like one unit when assembled.
