Terrible product

Have had it for 1-1/2 years. Leaked within 3 months of getting it, but under warranty then. Just had [$] part replaced & it cost me [$]for a 20 minute repair job. Said I overload it. Putting in 4-5 non-bulky towels or 4 pairs of kids jeans is not overloading in my opinion for a super capacity washer. Terrible product or maybe just a lemon. Not happy with whirlpool.

After losing everything in a flood, I had to replace my washer and dryer too. I did not want to go with a top of the line model, (just in case we flood again), but I did want one that cleaned well. This washer cleans well. I have been washing clothing that was in the flood and full of mud, hoping to save at least some of it. So far, it has cleaned everything, better than the front loaders at the laundrymat.

I had this product for 13 years before it broke. I have 4 kids and do enormous amounts of laundry. It can take take it. I didn't even go to look when it broke. I ordered it over the phone. A product doesn't have to cost alot to be quality!

You don't have to buy a high end washer to get a high end wash. This washer is great!
