BOTTOM LINE Yes, I would recommend this to a friend.

We love our new refrigerator. It is an attractive design and there is plenty of room in it for our family of 5. I would prefer the vegetable drawers to be a little deeper (or to have more of them) as we store a lot of fresh produce, but I'm not complaining. It was a great buy for the money and number one on Consumer Reports for side by side refrigerators.

The fridge does its job: food is cold, shelves can be moved around, external water/ice is large enough for filling pitchers. I did a lot of research, including [...] (they rank this model as #1)and am very happy with our choice.
