Best Uses:	Large Kitchens, Smaller Kitchens, Sauteing, Searing

Just got this cooktop- I couldn't wait to try it. I put a pot of water on to boil, turned around to eat two baby carrots and it was up to a rolling boil. Amazing! I've only had it two days- but I am in love!
