This hood fits flush under the cabinets until you need it, then it easily slides out. The automatic 3-speed fan control provides excellent ventilation by adjusting to the proper speed as needed.

seems to work pretty well

Pros:

Sleek

The hood fits the space well. This was crucial for us. So far, I have been generally pleased. HOWEVER. It doesn't prevent the smoke alarm from going off when I really fry things like sausage!!.
