BOTTOM LINE Yes, I would recommend this to a friend.
Wicked Wicked Wicked. I'm a year round griller rain, snow or shine. Not as hard to assemble as seen in other reviews. A couple of hours and a couple of beers I selected the natual gas unit to aviod those trips for propane. I didn't get the side burner rather have the side space for stuff. It's a myth about natrual gas having less BTU's when cooking. Everthing cooks perfect,Chicken on the Rotisserie or Steaks on the grill. No flare ups, great quick even heat. The Weber cover is rugged and economical, it is a must. That's it for the corroded BBQ replacment every 3 years. Stainless baby, yea!

I reviewed other grills on line & talked to people with other brands prior to making my purchase. I made the right choice. I decided to assemble the grill myself rather than have the dealer do the job because I wanted to be familiar with its inner workings. Just like my Genesis 1000, the S-310 is simple to clean & maintain. The starter is amazing.
