The two big concerns I had going in were the time it would take to dry clothes and how big of a load it could handle - It seems to deliver on both. It has handled pretty reasonable sized loads gets a load dry in about 75 minutes (without turing the room into a sauna) which is exactly what we needed. The price is a little steep (you pay a little for the Bosch name), but compared to other condensation dryers on the market it's probably fair.

We have had this dryer three years. it was replaced under warranty at just one year. The electronics failed, it constantly said to clean the heat exchanger. Now the replacement dryer's condensate pump-out system seems to have failed. YOU HAVE TO EMBRACE THE EUROPEAN NOTION OF "DRY" in order to like this dryer. It gets clothes damp dry, not completely dry.

Disappointing, particularly when one considers how expensive it is. Many items (like towels) never quite dry and I have to hang them afterwards to finish the job

Saved me thousands by being ventless

I use this in a high end commercial building. With Union labor and ridiculous code restrictions, this unit saved me thousands of dollars to comply with OSHA! Drying is acceptable for our use. Clothes are always slightly damp but dry within 20 minutes after removal. The maintenance is nigh but not overbearing when cleaning the lint filter (which really works!)It is used daily with moderate loads or cotton fabrics for about 2 year and no problems have been found. It shares the same 220 plug with out Axxis washer. No question for our needs this is the best!

This dryer is perfect for our condo. Remember however, it comes with a hose so water (not much at all) drips from this hole. I didn't know this till we got it. Anyhow, I love it.
Compact and Good
We needed ventless. This works pretty well but even on the "Extra Dry" cycle there is still a little dampness. The filter and condenser are easy to clean. It is extremely quiet.Six months later we'd still buy the same one.
Exceptional as usual.

If you have to have a ventless dryer,

We don't have an outside exhaust so we have to use a condensation dryer. Before we purchased the Bosch, we had a Miele Condenser dryer. The Bosch is a huge, huge improvement over the Miele in every way. It's so much more efficient- drys much more quickly and doesn't seem to wrinkle clothing like the Miele. I love this machine!

This really is the best dryer!

I purchased this dryer in conjunction with a Bosch washer for my walk in closet (in a condo). It's absolutely perfect. My clothes have never been softer. I think the condensation aspect must be very gentle on the clothes. All of my clothes come out so soft - even without fabric softener! Even if I had the opportunity for a vented dryer - I'd still choose this one. I'm hooked!

Condensation dryers really do work well!

I had my doubts about buying a condensation dryer for my 2nd floor condo, but after 1 year of reading reviews and looking at every dryer around, I settled on this Bosch model. WOW IT WORKS GREAT! Have no fear, it drys as well as a vented model, just a bit longer in dry time, but not much! It drys my blue-jeans in a full load with no problem. I am grateful to have finally made the decision to get the Axxis washer/dryer, no more trips down to the basement laundrymat in my building!!!! FREEDOM!!!!!!

This ventless dryer is the best
from chicago, IL
Ther condensation process results in a dryer that produces little of the heat associated with traditional dryers; the humidity is condensed from the drying vapors and run down the drain...so being ventless is not a problem!Ando so quiet! It pairs beutifully with the axis washer as a stacked unit. Great for condos.
