I purchased this Weber Grill from ABT after buying a Charbroil grill from [...]that turned into a rust bucket. After having the grill for nearly a year, I noticed a small chip in the metal. ABT said that I should call Weber directly.Weber customer service was amazing. There replaced the eniter top part of the grill and someone came out to the house and installed it. I have had the Weber Genisus grill nearly four years in Chicago weather with no problems. I would highly recommend getting a Weber [...]

Item [...] has many parts for assembly. This is not a con, b/c assemply is simple and requires everyday tools. Assembly will require a minimum of one hour. Maybe less if you're working with someone else. This product is extremely well made, and worth every penny.

Owned a Weber, tried another brand, back to Weber. Love the grill, nice range of heat adjustment. Clear, easy to follow assembly instructions. Well designed product, just what I expect from Weber. Easy to recycle packaging, all cardboard, no styrofoam.
