Fellowes MS-450CS MicroShred Shredder - MS450CSThe NEW Ultra-Quiet MicroShred Fellowes® MS-450Cs offers greater security plus SafeSense™ Patent-Pending Technology, which features an active sensor that stops shredding immediately when paper entry is touched. Designed for moderate shredding in the home or home office, the Fellowes® Powershred® MS-450Cs reduces documents to 5/64” x 5/16” higher security micro-shed particles smaller than a standard staple with a virtually silent motor, and shreds up to 7 sheets per pass, 25-50 times per day, for a total daily capacity as high as 350 sheets! Equipped with a 8.75" wide paper entry, the MS-450Cs easily accepts standard letter or legal-size documents, paper clips and staples, and shreds as fast as 9 feet per minute. The durable steel cutters also accept credit cards and CDs through a separate entry with its own 0.78-gallon waste container. Electronic auto start/stop features ensures quick and easy automatic shredder operation. Shredder automatically shuts off and alerts operator when a jam occurs, 4.5-gallon pull-out wastebasket is ajar or shredder is overheated. Clear window allows user to see if wastebasket is full.
