I use this EVERYDAY. It's excellent for baking, broiling, etc. I'm new to pizza-making and have been using parchment paper (forums), and can't seem to get a nice crispy crust...any suggestions? But as far as choosing a toaster oven for everyday meals, this is the best I ever had. I'm extremely glad I choose it.

I've used the Brick Oven for toast, warming, cooking bugers, hot dogs, bake cookies, bacon, broil fish, and much, much, more. It heats up quickly and is perfect for a single guy. At this juncture I don't have many negative comments about it. I would suggest it would be great to have a digital timer control.
It does what you expect.

I have only used the product to heat food and make baked potatoes. So far, it has done what I wanted. The best aspect to date is the size which allows heating something in a 12 inch pan...very useful for cooks looking to this as a second oven.

Overall a great product, the only cons is that it takes up alot of counter space, the brick is not easy to clean, and the oven does not let you know when you have reached a certain temperature like the digital models.

I've only had it for about two weeks, but this is the best toaster oven I've ever used. It cooks very fast, and everything turns out perfect. It would be nice to have a second pan for it since it is a non-standard size. Other than that, the only thing the vendor could improve upon is some type of feedback when the oven reaches its temperature control setting as it cooks. I would rate this oven as perfect if it did this.
