beautiful unit. in place 1 week. Oven seems just fine. Have only used microwave about 5 times and the door now won't open. Beware of latch type doors. Looked at others which had 'real'door, now wishing I had gone that route. Easy controls but does not need clock on micro AND oven. Am leary this door issue on microwave may be never ending. My old 15 yr old Kitchenaid had same type door with no problem... In retrospect, the door problem is a product killer for me. I miss work when I have to have a repair person come to the home.

It fit perfectly into an open space I had. Microwave is used daily and has all the bells and whistles we need.

I bought this item less than two moths ago and I am already having problems with the microwave.

The appliance was to replace an older version of the same product and I expect it to equally trouble free.
Had no choice. Replacement for older unit.

This is a replacement. The older unit required multiple repairs until it finally failed. The microwave door on the older unit cracked at a corner. The control module had to be replaced at about 12 years (not really too bad) - a heating element in the oven had to be replaced. The new oven is slightly larger or seems to be - that's good. The microwave door may have been improved. Generally this is a pretty good appliance.
Satisfied but Not Ecstatic

Oven works. We had a board burn out within the first month and had to wait a week for a GE service person to replace it. They did with no costs. Our biggest disappointment is that there is only a heating coil on the over top. Not one on the top and bottom like our old oven. The result is that breads and pizza do not crisp on the bottom which is a big disappointment since we bake a lot.
Great Features and very spacious

We bought this as a GE replacement and love the capacity for 2 large pans on the same rack. We also enjoy the one touch options and capacity of the Microwave oven.

Needed a small built in combo to replace an existing one, also a GE. Love the look and fit into our kitchen. Easy to operate.
Nice oven with great features

I recently had my home owners warranty replace my built in double oven, and instead of replacing it with another double oven I got this combination microwave/thermal oven. It has great features and both the microwave and the oven work great. The oven heats up quickly and cooks evenly, and the microwave has tons of features and cooking options.
Purchased beginning of year to replace an older model of Profile. Pleased to find they kept style, updated and it fitted in the opening I currently had. It cooks hotter which is not a bad thing as I live in Arizona and shorter cooking time is a big big plus.
Oven is slow to reach temperature
from houston, TX
I bought this a year ago and realized from the first day the electric oven was going to be an energy eater. I know the technology of electric ovens is pretty much the same as 25 years ago but this oven takes forever to reach 400 degrees and then runs a forced air fan forever to cool it down after its turned off.
