BOTTOM LINE Yes, I would recommend this to a friend.

No extra fancy gadgets or dials. Just cleans with adequate adjustments. Just a small complaint - it does not spin as fast as my old washer, but everything seems cleaner. I'll gladly accept a damper load if it's cleaner.
