I was nervous about buying a front loading washer, particularly when I heard the average wash cycle takes an hour. However, I am very pleased with this washer. It does take longer than top loaders, but it cleans beautifully with just half as much detergent and a small amount of water. We have had our washer for over two years, and I am very pleased with it! My only negative comment is that the door hinge is very stiff and I cannot leave it open just a crack in order to dry out. The door always swings wide open if it's not completely shut, which causes inconvenience in our small laundry room because it gets in the way of the door, etc.

We've owned this washer for a few years now and it gets extensive use. I absolutely love it. It's gentle on the clothes and always gets everything clean. we have not had any trouble with it at all.

We've had this washer for a little over 2 years now and it still runs like a champ. It's easy to use and handles everything we throw in it. One feature I would've liked to have is a spin-only cycle for those big items that take a little more work to get all the water out. Excellent overall.

We have had this washer about 2 years and it does a fantastic job. Our clothes are clean and this machine is much easier on the fabrics, they stay "newer" looking longer. We also noticed a change in our water bill, it saved us quite a bit in usage. Life is Good with this product!!!

I was very excited to receive this washer as a "gift" from my husband. Though it washes well and is rather easy to use I am not sure I would buy another. As the mother of young children I often find myself busy when the washer has finished it's cycle. Clothing seems to "sour" very quickly. (within an hour or so) Also, though clearly cautioned in the Owner's Manual, leaving the washer door open to allow for drying is an "open" invitation to a curious child.

My first front loader .. it's like trying to get 10# of potatoes in a 5# bag. Would love to go back to a top loader. Had to reinforce floor because of vibration. When done washing, have to pull out dispenser unit and let it dry in the deep sink by the machine. Also prop open door so interior can fully dry out. Hate the musty smell of mold. One very good feature: clothes are VERY dry when done so drying time is limited.

I replaced a Maytag Neptune with this washer and was a little disappointed - takes quite a while for a load to wash. Kept stopping and error coding - recommended changing the load around to keep it in balance but when you start it back up again, it goes one way, then the other and it is unbalanced again. Finally had to use the little 'fix' and it is working okay now.
