Bought it to replace the last GE microwave I owned (similar model) which croaked only after two years after we tried cooking popcorn in it. =b Hopefully, this one will last longer. At least it's a little bit quieter than the last one.

I use the product constantly: cook cereal, use beverage button for instant coffee, defrost frozen food for other type cooking, frozen dinner preparation, bake potato, warm up bread, use reheat button. So far very satisfied with the easy
controls. My only problem so far is to figure out how to warm up canned soup (following the instr on can has led to overflow).
I was very satisfied with your response to my order. It came promptly, the date promised, and was packaged very well.

We installed the unit and it was very noisey. We found we needed to put a thin foam between the bottom braket and the unit itself. Now it's quiet as it should be. Use for heating left-overs, and general cooking.

Pretty much the standard items for stainless steel - looks great, but fingerprints seem to be difficult to clean. It does a great job of heating up food - fast, but a little noisier than some models. Not unbearable, but ... I haven't even used the advanced features yet, but I like the power and, therefore, speed of this thing.

Use it mostly for heating up left-overs. Does a decent job. As is true with almost every microwave, it's difficult to get even heating, even with the turntable going. Best bet is to cover food so that the steam internal to the containers helps warm things up more evenly.
Other than that, I like this microwave. My last GE microwave was still going after 13 years - let's hope this one last just as long!
