This product is used by 3 families in a three flat building. The adjustabel settings and large capacity is great as we no longer waste soap or water on less than full loads.
The construction material of the washer doesn't seem to be as sturdy as the one that lasted almost 15 years in the same building with possibly more loads being done. I am a litttle concerned that this machine will not last as long the former.

The washer does not allow enough rinse water to properly rinse the clothes. I have tenants who bring down buckets of water to add to rinse cycle in order to get soap out of their clothes. However, this is not a fault of the factory. The Department of Energy is regulating the use of water in order to preserve usage, and companies mmust comply. The regulation applies to commercial washers only.
