    The case is awesome, and is convertible. It comes with two protectors. One for the screen and one for the click wheel. As long as you place the protectors on, the wheel works great. Being convertible, it will fit any life style.

    Plastic cover is too thick to use dial keys. We had to cut out a circle area for the keypad.

    Service was great and delivery was fast. I don't think there was any way for the product to get damaged in shipping because of the packing.
