The only downside is there is a slight gap between the microwave and the sides of the trim kit, but we only noticed it since we were installing it. Took only about 15 minutes to setup the microwave with the included venting and get it put together and installed. This unit looks just as nice as our Thermador unit at another house, and I like the Panasonic convection microwave better.
