The coffee (espresso and capucino) are really good. A surprisingly good quality machine.

I bought this product as a birthday gift for my husband. I have never seen him get so excited about an appliance. He was hugging me and kept saying Thank you, Thank you. He loves the whole outcome, coffee, capp. etc,...

Great lattes (the first one always cold)

BOTTOM LINE Yes, I would recommend this to a friend.

I would buy it again if I had to because I think the product is GREAT! The only con is that if you don't let the hot water run before making your latte, it ends up being a coffe on the cold side (at least the firs two cups).
