    it is the correct part number, but the fit is pretty awful...I had to wedge a piece of scrap wood in there to make it stay when the fan is on.

                      This charcoal filter fits a GE Spacemaker JVM1540 microwave. I looked at many reviews on other websites that said the filter was the wrong size or the price was a bit high. The filter was reasonably priced, was the right size (11" x 6.125"), and was easy to install.
