I am currently deployed and I use this with my Xbox360 to play games and my Macbook pro to watch movies and webchat in my room. The Gaming mode makes the game look so clear and bright. And watching movie using the projector is awesome. I haven't found any faults with the projector yet. All the guys that see this gwak and they are looking to purchase a projector also.

I replaced my PT-AE700 with this projector and was blown away. It is absolutely the best deal going. I highly recommend this projector and this company. It was easy to install and picture quality is awesome. I have it in a theater room with a 110" screen. Don't let the price fool you. The ajustable lens is a real plus. Get it!

Pros: This projector is the one to get if you are a gamer who lives in hotels like I do. With my PS3 and the projector game mode I am one fraggin dude. This baby is bright and the colors are gorgeous. Cons: The lamp life is a bit shorter than most projectors in its class and more expensive to replace. So far so good but I have heard rumors the quality of the picture goes down very quickly once the lamp is on the backend of its life.

I am very satisfied with this Panasonic projector. After much research and deliberation, this system offers the most flexibility, brightness, and resolution for the price. I have enjoyed using the projector on a homemade screen out by my swimming pool. The projector's lamp is bright enough to fill a 6'x10' screen with a bright cinematic picture, even outside with significant ambient landscape lighting. Color accuracy is good and the HD upconversion is absolutely stunning. This is a very flexible system for people who want to place the projector very far or near the screen.

Awesome Picture Even During Daylight [..

I have owned this projector since November of 2008. This is the first projector I have purchased, so needless to say I have did a ton of research since you can't just run down to Best Buy and compare models side by side. I use this projector in a multi-purpose fashion, meaning it is used for everything from the Sunday afternoon Football game, to Wii/Playstation, and Blu Ray movies. Even in the middle of the day in a room with three 3x6 windows with only 2" slat blinds covering them, I can get enjoyment from anything projected. Wait till the evening and pop a movie in and the picture is awesome. The blacks are very good, and the brightness can't be beat. This is paired with a 106" Elite screen and can't be happier. I don't know how much would be gained by spending the extra cash on a Stewart screen or going to 1080p projector. For under a grand you absolutely positively can't go wrong.

The picture is great, it isbetter than I imagined it would be. You still get a good picture with all of the lights on. With blue-ray I don't see why anyone would buy a TV. I have an 8 foot by 5 foot screen. Much larger than any tv. and the picture is phenomenal.

We were greatly impressed with the picture when we first saw it with our son. After checking the specification and price with other models we purchased it. It is a very good picture and excellent for its price. I would recommend it for anyone. We found it a great alternative to a TV. A smaller box but with a much bigger picture.

This projector blows other projectors to shame, and it is comparable to projctors that cost in ten thousands! I took the online professional ratings into consideration before purchasing this umit. It lives up to the crytics. I am very detailed, and tech savvy when it comes to image quality, and a solid, well made, sturdy unit. This projector will show you true HD, and you swear it is as good as watching a film in a movey theater. No pixels seen, supports 1080p, and looks just as good as a true 1080p projector that costs thousands more. Bottom line, you cannot get a better product for that money, not even plasma, lcd will compare to the quality, and picture size, it is the brightest in its class (Believe me you need that)
