This is a great cooktop! I like the easy to clean glass surface and the different sized burners for simmer and rapid heating.
I installed it myself and had absolutely no issues. Follow the cut measurements and it will fit perfectly. I did have to shorten one of my under counter drawers so as not to hit the gas regulator but that was my choice as I could have installed elbows to move the regulator back.

Comments about GE Profile 30" Black Built-In Gas Cooktop:

Unlike higher end cooktops with cast iron grates, this one allows better low flame cooking so we can simmer and slow cook. The baked on finish is easy to clean. In black, as are all the other appliances, it adds glamour to our kitchen and is an improvement over the seas of stainless steel appliances.
