Pros:	Easy To Use, Handles Tough Jobs, Durable, Powerful Motor, Dishwasher Safe
Best Uses:	Mincing Meat, Soups

This item is great! use itdaily to make ganache, soups, grind coffee, chop veggies, make hummus, mix shakes, pretty much everything. You only need a few chops when doing veggies. The blades are so sharp they will turn veggies and onions to mush if you grind or chop too long. The size is small, but it beats buying a 200.00 FP. Just take some time and do two batches, never try to over load it.. not worth the pain of unloading and reloadinig just to do it in two batches. Other then that. I love it, it makes my day easier and cooking faster. I work full time, come home, clean, and can cook and have a full course meal on the table by 7:00 becasue this cuts my time in half. LOVE IT!

This little mini-processor is small, easy to clean, and can puree almost too well! You have to only pulse this thing for just a split-second if you want it on the chunky side.
