This is a very attractive unit (in theory), but the Chinese design, construction, materials, inferior packaging, and (lack of) quality control is a big issue.The biggest two issues right now are 1) a control panel which doesn't work 90% of the time, and 2) a noisy refrigeration motor. This says nothing to the burning smell (from both units we received), which we've accepted as "normal."The shelves are also pretty close together, since this was probably designed for cheap Sov. Blanc bottles, not pinot, zinfandel, syrah, or cabernet bottles.[...]

This is a great wine chiller! We had it built into our bar and it is wonderful. I really like the looks of it with the stainless steel outside and wood detail on the shelves inside. It keeps the set temperature constant. The lock at the bottom is great for keeping our young children out!

Nice design, easy to set up, perfect fit under cabinet to replace an unused trash compacter. Great value and looks. Temperature does fluctuate by a couple of degrees, but that is a minor thing.
