Great color and sharp picture without oversaturation or dullness found in many comparably priced sets. Easy to follow setup instructions once I obtained a not-terribly-strong indoor antenna. Too bad you didn't have more choices of antenna in stock and that I wasn't advised at the time I ordered the set.

Delivery was earlier than expected; product ok although outer box was damaged.

It would have been helpful to be told in your website description (or when I ordered by phone)that HDTVs require a cable or (indoor or outdoor) antenna hookup. In my electronically naive state, I did not realize this until after I opened box (post-HDTV transition date), set up and turned on the tv.
Too bad you didn't have more choices of antenna in stock and that I wasn't advised at the time I ordered the set. When I called later to inquire about types of antennas recommended, I received somewhat conflicting advice. Ultimately, after researching on the web and pricing locally, I concluded I was best off buying the least complicated and least costly locally, returning it at no cost if it wasn't sufficient, and moving on to the next level of antenna until I found one that worked. Fortunately, I hit upon the modestly priced, solidly made RCA antenna with only 10dB amplification that worked just fine--strong enough to bring in the signal from above the surrounding tall trees at the top of a small mountain where we are located.

I don't know if I need to change setting somewhere or not but when I try to change channels it takes a couple of seconds for the new channel to come up. I've never seen this before on any other TV, usually the change of channel would be instant.
Otherwise, it's a really good TV.

This monitor is awesome, it can be used as a TV, computer monitor, or for movies and video games. I have small room, so I wanted a monitor with this size. It has good quality in sound and picture. Recommend it.

Bought this to replace old Sony 13" that was 12 years old. This new Toshiba out-performs the Sony and we're very happy with tis picture and convenience.
