Great Performance and Great-Looking

BOTTOM LINE Yes, I would recommend this to a friend.

It took my old cooktop almost an hour on high with the largest burner to boil the water in my 12 QT All-Clad pasta cooker. This cooktop's large burner cut this down to about 20 minutes. What a joy not having to wait so long. Now I have to adjust how I cook, because I don't have to wait as long for things to boil. Also the dual-stack burner is great at the lowest level to just keep something warm without destroying flavor or texture. I would buy this again.

Best Uses:	Sauteing, Searing, Larger Kitchens, Smaller Kitchens, Woks

A great Cooktop

BOTTOM LINE Yes, I would recommend this to a friend.

This is a wonderful cook top, well built, and priced fairly for its quality. The continuous grate surface is a really valuable feature. Cleanup is very easy and access to the parts that need cleaning is the best I've seen.Burners are very good and control is nice. the selection of burner heat is very good for all kinds of cooking needs. Only complaint is the counter top mounting brackets can be tough to get in their slots and positioned in tight space---but it can be done with patience.
