This is the best solution to hang your bike and get it off the garage floor that I could fine. Note that two hangers come per box, but you need two per bike for the front and back of bike(see the picture of product). I bought two sets for my and my wife's bike.

I've placed the geartracks to where the bike hangs about 3 to 4 feet off the ground. This is a good height so one can lift a bike up without being too high. My wife is only 5'2'' and even she can hang her bike at this height.

Also, I hang the bikes by placing one hanger under the handle bars and one hanger under the seat and this works fine. I would recommend this as well as any Gladiator GarageWorks products. Good way to organize the garage but can be expensive! ABT has a really good price on this hanger though.

This rack system is a great addition to any garage. I own a number of the hooks and rails and each is well conceived and made. But I have a small issue with these bike hooks (and the wire shelves). Gladiator/Whirlpool made sure they were just long enough to prevent using one pair (for one bike) with a 24" piece of end-capped rail. Both hooks (and a pair of the shelves, which serve a completely different purpose) will fit on a 24" rail, but there's not enough room for end caps because of superfluous/unnecessary metal plate that extends well beyond the channel hooks. I don't have any idea why they did this other than to make sure you always were forced to use a 4' section if you want end caps. I would have given this five stars, but felt their design is inherently inefficient. Otherwise it's a great solution and Abt definitely has the lowest prices I've found on the web or in brick and mortar retailers.

Contain two hooks to hang your bike. I like this hook much better than others I have used, which screw to the wall. This is a great product. Best price at ABT.
