BOTTOM LINE No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

My service guy is coming back again today,,,I called customer service and I told the rep that the "tech is out here so much that they don't even bother to install the dishwasher fully" because they know they will be back,,,she said it's ok because it is MAN MADE. We paid A LOT and it has not worked correctly since we bought it. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT. NO PRODUCT SUPPORT Thank Bill in Kohler Wisconsin.

I'm ready to buy a new dishwasher

BOTTOM LINE No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Does not clean well, dishes and glassware still spotty after clean cycle, even with heavy duty cycle. I am ready to invest in a different dishwasher. I am disappointed because my other Kitchenaid was a great dishwasher.

BOTTOM LINE No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I have been in new home for 1 year and I chose this dishwasher to be installed in my brand new home....HUGE MISTAKE. We are a family of 5 and I am always running a dishwasher, now I just wash by hand. The bottom rack does not drain. Top and bottom does not clean dishes well at all. I have to wash them off before putting them in...kinda defeats the purpose don't you think! Well I have had repair men out to no avail and I'm sure I will have to end up buying yet another dish washer all because the people I bought it from didn't bother to tell me what a piece of junk it was!!

Good Idea, Not Ready To Perform yet

BOTTOM LINE No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The dishwasher leaves spots on everything and it does not dry well. I'm replacing it with a regular Kitchen Aid with a dedicated heating element.

Best Uses:	Larger Kitchens, Pots and Pans
Cons:	Long Cycle, Doesn't Clean Thoroughly, Leaves spots of dishes, Does not dry well
