This is a terrific addition to any grill. Its great for those little things. I grilled some shrimp and scallops along side some asparagus and red peppers and the low height of the sides and overall size made it a dream to use. I'm even thinking about getting a second one for larger situations. Two would fit my Weber Summitt perfectly. The one peice construction is great. You really can't go wrong with this grill

As far as cleaning, I did use Pam, and except for the expected staining, it cleaned up fine. I really don't care if its bright and shiny, so not really a consideration for me.

I love this grill plate. It is not as easy to clean as the "non stick" but it will last a life time as it will never rust and no coating to peel off into your food! I am replacing all my grill plates and baskets for this nice stainless steel cookwear.

Works better than any grill pan I have ever used. The raised sides keep small foods from sliding out and the slots let food actually grill instead of steaming them. Great product! I just have to figure out how to clean it without a lot of effort everytime I use it.

This product is perfect for grilling items that would otherwise fall through the grates like veggies. Works well for fish too...just spray with cooking spray before heating.

If it were only about 1/4 inch thinner I could use it in both directions and close my grill completely.
