Exactly as described. As instructions explain, you have to lift out the grilling grids beforehand, to allow room for typical rotisserie meat (e.g., chicken). But here's a tip: If you're just doing one chicken, or a small pork roast, load that on one side of the skewer, and remove only one grid. This will allow you to use the other side for other foods you might want to cook along with the rotisserie food.

I have been using this product for years. It works great, love it. I rotisserie turkeys and chickens, this is better than the oven or deep fry. (MY OPINION)
The shaft will bend some, due to cooking with a heavy bird, but it will still work great.

The first one didn't come with all the parts. I don't blame ABT, but I did have to wait for a return authorization. That took a little longer than I would expect. But all went well and the second one was perfect.

I wanted the rotisserie just for chicken. I found out that the wings must be tied back to keep then from dismantling the grill when rotating. It works best to do one chicken at a time. The more we use it the more we like it. I would recommend it!

Knock yourself out. I'm not sure what cut of meat would be too heavy. Have already done chicken and prime rib. Planning on putting a pork shoulder on next and creating some Carolina bbq.
