BOTTOM LINE No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This unit has ridiculous amount of uncontrolled, boomy bass from wireless subwoofer. It is fine when watching movies but drastically degrades CD playback and radio experience. If you want to buy this unit as a versatile DVD & CD player, look elsewhere.

Cons:	Overwhelming bass, No sound controls, Poor Interface

Very easy to setup..."I love it" ...My Husband Loves it....There is no need for those extra speakers...This system does the job....

Not all new technology needs improvement

BOTTOM LINE Yes, I would recommend this to a friend.

So far the soundbar is a step up from the standard speakears the flat panel Tv's usually come with. The bass is great and the soundbar interfaces very well with my Panasonic TV. I am very happy with this product.
