Bought a 12,000 BTU AC @ [...]and found that the depth of the new AC was 3 inches longer. Wall unit sleeves were not offered at place of purchase. New sleeve went in easy and fit perfectly.

I Put A Wall AC Unit In My Bedroom And Installed It Myself. I Have Only One Arm And I Was Able To Install This Myself.

I have a 420 sq. ft. country house with a half enclosed bedroom area and a bathroom. Cools the entire building well especially if you have ceiling fans as I do in the bedroom and living areas. Cools well but I would expect to feel the fan blowing the air from at least 10 - 15 feet away but you can't really feel the air unless your within about 4 feet thus the need for the ceiling fans.
