Good but needs some tender loving care

It appears that if the load is small, the washer does not complete its spin cycle. Clothes are very, very wet.

This is a good performing machine that is stackable. Its size is deceiving - it looks like it would be one of those apartment sized machines that can only do small loads but in fact is full capacity washer. I've had Duette washer/dryer set previously which take up much more space. Am now in smaller home and really appreciate the machine size but not having to compromise on capacity.
