This is a very attractive set, but the sound quality was terrible. I've returned it to Abt and Abt made the process very easy. I don't recommend this television so far, but Abt is great.

Bought this TV for my daughter's college dorm. She's ecstatic; loves the picture quality and it's just the right size for the small room. The design is pretty and very functional.

This product was returned the next day when it just stopped running for no reason. The concept and design are very cool, but the picture was horrible!! You had to be RIGHT in front of the screen to get a clear picture. Westinghouse needs to work on improving this neat new design...it has lots and lots of bugs!

I am using this TV on my Boat. The picture is great when viewed directly but is unviewable from the sides or at an angle. I'm using it with a Sony DVD player and the pictures are very sharp using the HDMI connection. I wouldn't recommend this TV if you had to stand in front of it to watch. On my boat the viewing area is small and we can adjust the screen to allow us to watch it comfortably. I also had trouble mounting the TV. I would recommend changing the mounting to allow a mounting bracket that can be attached to the cabinet and then attach the TV to the bracket.

I needed a replacement TV for my kitchen counter and this really fits well. It is light weight and moves around easily. The sound could be improved upon.

For the under 19" market, this is the BEST HDTV, you can buy! It's being used in our kitchen. However, unfortunately, it was necessary, for us to return/exchange our initial purchase because of a crackling sound problem, unique, to that specific set. Previously, we bought 4 other sets & had to return them all. Either there were bad picture problems, such as reception, viewing angles, or "washed out" issues. Or, bad sound would plague us. Among the other sets returned - was the Westinghouse PT16H120S. It had a great picture; but it had awful audio - with almost no volume. You could barely hear it, even, after cranking it up 100%, without external amplification. Polaroid was the worst (viewing angle issue). Awaiting information from Westinghouse, for under the cabinet mounting, which appears easy (base, already, has holes built in). Don't want to pay $100 for mounting kit. Easiest/simplest TV, for setting up, that I have tried, without a doubt. Too bad it doesn't have a radio (FM) or SD chip capabilities, built in.
