it is simple to use this product, just one touch and you can navigate to anywhere. i am bad at directions and this product helps me find my way. the only thing that is not great about this product is that sometimes it will send you down the wrong road or past your destination

the volume is very very very low even though i had my music turn all the way down i still had difficulties hearing this device giving me directions and also the gps indicator doesnt move very fast so you will think you are a street before you make a turn but you have already passed the street so due to the fact that the voice is very low and doesnt sometimes have an accurate turn you need to pay great attention to the device and have your volume turn down
