Nice Microwave

Our old microwave had a number of automated cooking features. However, the LMV2083ST automated cooking is much easier, due to it's sophisticated sensors. The first time I cooked frozen vegetables, I was amazed how much better they tasted, compared to the old unit. We use our LMV2083ST for preparing most of our meals. From boiling water for hot chocolate, to reheating a plate of yesterday's leftovers. We are truly pleased with it.

I purchased this product from an online company. It came and the box and exterior of the microwave looked great. When I plugged it in it ran constantly. I had a service call and when the technician opened the cabinet, it was damaged, bent and deemed not operable. I am now going thru a procedure with LG to get it replaced as it was obviously sent out damaged from the factory. We will see how long it takes to get this resolved.

I LOVE my new Microwave with three exceptions... 1) Too Noisy 2) The depth is to long and it sticks out from the cabinet 2" further than my previous unit. 3) It does not have a timer for cooking.

This is a great performing unit, we have had it now for a little over a month and couldn't be happier. Cooks evenly and does a great job with the defrost and softening options. These have been lacking in other micro oven i have used. 2 things i would like to have seen is the range light button would have been highlight somehow or in a different location as it gets lost in the other buttons. The other was when we had it installed, no fault of LG, was the top face of the door was easy to scratch as the installers did. They were able to replace realizing what had happened and were more careful on the replacement. But we love it now!

I like my new microvawe very much. It looks great, my husband installed it, it does get a little louder than what I would like but still great product. I like how you don't see any vents on the front of it like my old one where you could see all the dust in it and it' be imposible to clean it.

This is a fairly good microwave. It looks nice, performs well, and has more features than I know what to do with. The sensor cook idea is nice, but I really haven't found much use for it. The only real probably I have with it is that it tends to make a rattling, rumbling kind of sound due to the turn tables roller ring. The ring has three plastic wheels on it that don't seem to be perfectly round. This doesn't affect performance at all, and the noise is not always present. My suspicion is that any small amount of dirt or grim may be the actual culprit. Overall, a good microwave.

This microwave was easy to install, and works great. Only issues are that the power level is a bit higher than some models and the sensor seems to overcook before shutting down. Other than that, very pleased with the microwave.

From Install to Use: Install not easy but Well Instructed. Unit works Head over Heels better than the one replaced. Easy to use and Easy to Clean. Our third LG purchase and they have All Performed Nicely.
