We extensively researched French Door refrigerators before purchasing this LG unit from ABT. We felt this was the best fridge...price/value...on the market.This refrigerator has met our expectations in every way. The doors required some effort to open and close when new, but over time everything has "worked in" and the doors open and close very smoothly.The only concern we have is the compressor. Sometimes (not always) when starting, it is very loud, making a rapid clicking noise for about 10 - 15 seconds. It doesn't appear to affect the operation of the fridge, but is a concern for future failure.We are long time ABT customers, and cannot speak highly enough about their pricing, shopping experience, [...]. There is none better.

Our delivery service would not install the water line-we had to do it. Also, very difficult to balance. The doors are too hard to open. When you open one door the other one opens. It looks great but it is not user friendly on a daily basis.
