Sleek appearance, great cutting action!

I use it almost everytime I cook and it saves me so much time. My husband loves pecans in waffles and pancakes so I use it often. Plus we love to take store bought spaghetti sauce and spruce it up with some of our own sauteed veggies - fabulous!

This is a great little replacement for my pampered chef chopper. It looks nicer, works as well and is designed better. I don't find it too difficult to clean as other reviewers had. This tool is best for smaller amounts of chopped veggies like onions peppers and celery. It does a nice even job and they won't be mushed (watery) as they can be with an electric food processor. You can't be afraid to exert some force on it to get it to do the job though; it is a manual tool.
Chopper with sharpless blade

The chopper design is good & safe, but expecting the inner blade to be some more sharper for cutting vegis & other items.

Overall, I'm very happy with the Rosle chopper. I've had a couple of issues, but only minor ones:* Must start with very small vegetable pieces. Have gotten a small chunk of onion (about 1/8 of a medium sized red onion) lodged in the blades, and it was difficult to get loose while avoiding the sharp blade. * There's a scraper that rotates around the edge, to clear the items from the side, but I've had issues with carrots getting stuck underneath the scraper, and blocking the rotation of the blade. * Slightly awkward assembly/disassembly; cleaning. Removing the blade cover is a bit awkward, because there's not a streamlined release mechanism. Have been afraid of cutting myself while taking it off to clean, and putting it back on. EASE OF USE* Chops up really small vegetables, perfect to add nutrients to my pasta sauces without them coming out chunky. * Can mince onions without wearing out my arm, or crying tears!* Would definitely recommend this product; aside from its minimal pitfalls, it's a great product at a great price. And, to ABT's credit - amazing [...] pricing!
