Unbearably noisy, really bad door hinges

Although Consumer Reports gave good marks to LG microhoods, this one is horrible. Door hinges are so loose that it closes crooked. I wasn't sure it was safe. Sounds similar to tornado siren - it's alarming - and very loud. Can't use it if someone's sleeping b/c it wakes them up when they're upstairs. Haven't tried to use it much to evaluate function b/c it's too loud. Rack is too low to fit most containers under. Placement of Start/Stop buttons is not intuitive, I always hit Stop instead of Start, which clears it. Had service out, guy said this is normal for LG. Trying to get another brand.

I think it was a great buy and a good value when you compare it to similar microwaves with much higher price such as GE. I would recommend it to anyone looking for good microwave at reasonable price.[...]
