I don't have the problems of the other poster, My water in door works well, This Samsung built unit was My choice, Hands down!!!! And servicing Appliances is what I do for a living.

I use the water dispenser A LOT and it was the one feature I was the most particular about, when researching refrigerators. Unfortunately refrigerators are not hooked up in the stores, so you cannot see that the water comes out from the front to the back. So, you never can put a plastic water bottle to the water spicket. The only glassware the water spicket works on accurately is our pint glasses. Toddler sippy cups - nope, baby bottles - nope, plastic bottles - nope, my SIGG bottles - nope. I have to get the water with a 2cup pyrex measuring cup and transfer it (over my kitchen sink) to the smaller cups/bottles. Also, the back panel by the water dispenser is angled, making it impossible to fill any glass that is an abnormal size.

The rest of the fridge seems nice and I have no issues. The freezer could have more functionality as it is just a bottomless pit, but so far works well, despite the lack of organizing shelves or dividers.

However, for the poorly designed icemaker/water dispenser, I rate this a one. I will NEVER EVER recommend this to anyone and am sorely disappointed I am stuck with an extremely expensive refrigerator for probably the next decade.
