Great product. Pricey but extremely functional and durable.

Service and delivery comments:

Another Tumi Store had Traveler 22 in stock, where I could have purchased the item, had it monogramed, and taken immediate delivery. Abt did not have the product in stock, but as our family is dedicated to Abt, we decided to order our Traveler 22 from Abt and wait for delivery. The product took longer to deliver from Abt than expected, and was not monogramed. When I returned to Abt with the Traveler 22, I was informed there was nothing Abt could do to monogram my bag, and the product would have to be reordered and take another several weeks for delivery. As I travel weekly, I told Abt that was not an option. Abt did not offer any alternative solutions or special considerations regarding my fulfillment issue. I took my Traveler 22 to the referenced alternative Tumi Store, where they monogramed my bag for free and provided me a comped leather cleaner/conditioner to compensate me for my inconvenience. I've never been disappointed with Abt service before, but its performance here was very disappointing.
