Outstanding picture and the 65" screen makes even programs that are dull seem interesting! Great Menu to setup the picture to calibration and easy to understand submenus. The picture quality on Blu Ray is to die for and the internal speakers aren't bad at all. In today's world, you just have to live a little and enjoy almost flawless picture quality. I cannot get the smile off my face when watching it and company, well you have to ask them to leave because they are mesmerized by the picture quality. Definitely recommend this set!!!

The reality of the color is awesome. And, as the 1080 high definition becomes more common in the future, the full capacity of the TV will be evident. The biggest drawback is the absence of a base. Open the box and you can't even have the TV stand fully upright. You have to buy that extra and it is not cheap. It's not right for Panasonic to do that on such an expensive set.

i cant say enough about this tv, the only thing that i was upset about was the pedestal stand, luckily i had bought the stand earlier, for the PZ7 last years model.but was unable to get that set anymore, i still had the stand. i thought i would have to get rid of the stand because, some sites said the PZ8 came w/stand. w/white glove del, the men opened the box and no stand.i said i did have last years pedestal stand, but didn't know if it would fit? the men were really great, and tried to fit it.and it worked, it was the same stand.what a relief! so if your going to put it on a table this stand is a must. (very well made) and abt was a very good seller, would buy from them again in a heartbeat. the whole experience was great.
