This case looks nice online but for $30 I could have gotten something of a better quality. This case is too thin. Also, when I took my laptop out after putting it in there for the first time there were several micro scratches on the top. Sony makes good electronics and I'm very happy with my new computer but not with this case.

This product was (in my opinion) specially made to fit the discontinued version of the VAIO F. The "overbite" the newest F laptops have seem to somehow get in the way. Barely closes to the point you might have to stretch the material to complete the zipper around the corner. Although its not the best, I've seen worst. (Only reason why I am recommending this product is because It might possibly be perfect for older versions of the VAIO F series laptops).

While sold as a "carrying case", this case will keep your laptop clean. It will not protect it from any sort of damage, and I mean *no* protection. The fabric is similar to the stuff wet suits liners are made of. It is simply an envelope with a zipper, this is not a carrying case.

Dear Sony, girls buy F-Series laptops too, and a purple case would be awesome. Even a pretty blue or green would be appreciated. Just a suggestion.

Good for preventing scratches and scuffs but another good padded case would be needed for carrying laptop.
I would suggest putting the money towards something with more protection.

It is a perfect fit and well constructed. I'm sure it will protect my new book very well. The small case that comes with it is perfect for the charger and cordless mouse. Fits perfect in my new computer bag. Its a nice black color with VAIO logo sticked on each bag....It rocks.

This is a great way to keep your laptop in perfect condition, very similar to the one used on the PSP, You can use ur laptop in anybag without scratch or dents... I give it 4 stars

This is a great little thin case that I use for my FW series notebook. Its not gonna protect it against a fall but it will keep it safe from dings while you transport your laptop in your bag. Little plain but worth the money.

I bought this case about a month ago for my Vaio FW laptop.

And the case feels so soft and smooth, and it actually protects

your laptop with its softness.

So I really recommend this item for your dear laptops' safety,

and I think the design also looks cool, but kinda simple!

But, sometimes, the "Simplicity" is great.
