I do about 12 loads a week. Sensor doesn't work well. Need to run it on the max level to get clothes dry, or it requires a second run on the lower dry levels. It's not that quiet.

Service was great, although I wish they'd have installed the door so it opened the same way as the old dryer.

I use the HE Maytag dryer several times a week. The dryer vent is easy to clean, and the control panel is preset and changeable if need be.
It's very quiet and does a great job. I'm very happy to have this new HE Bravos Maytag Dryer and am glad I bought it with the HE Maytag Bravos Washer.

My delivery was very prompt. Both the HE washer and dryer were in perfect condition. I want to thank the delivery men for being so helpful with the product. Both manuals for the dryer and the washer are great. I love all the new adjustable settings on the control panel.

We've had this dryer replaced once already [...]. Now this 'new' dryer, after having its dryness sensitivity reset because ALL loads came out damp on the original one, has a nice vibration noise. [...] At this point, I would not recommend any Maytag appliances to anyone. Too many headaches. After spending $2000 for a new laundry tandem, we are highly disappointed.

The clothes are so dry from the spin cycle of the wsher, the dryer doesn't have enough "fluff" time. The clothes aren't always all the way dry, either.

I am the type of person who reads instructions carefully and dry like clothes, so I was surprised the first time I dried a load of towels using sensor dry and some came out damp. I think I am now achieving the right technique but should getting there require so much effort(?). As I write this I have a king size comforter in the dryer and I had to go back and add a timed dry as some of comforter was still not dry from the first go around. The washing machine instructions are explicit about what cycle to use for a comforter. The dryer, well the descriptions of sensor just don't seem to apply. I do question why a sensor dryer has a designated time on it. I actually miss my old maytag dryer that did "sense" when the sheets were dry, when the towels were ready to be come out, etc. I thought too that my old maytag dryer seemed to get it right in that much came out of the dryer needing no touch up ironing. Know that I am not wasteful of energy resources but this new dryer has some to go before I say it is a stellar performer.

I LOVE my Maytag washer! I didnt know my clothes could come so clean and they arent all wrinkled when they come out of the machine like they are with a washer that has a agitator. My delicates come out looking like new without all the fuzz ball"s on my sweaters.
And with the big tub---I dont have to washer as often saving on water and electirc! Would highly ecommend it to anyone.
