Toshiba had a large print insert : "Do Not Return to Store".

Setup failed due to a firmware problem. The unit was manufactured November 2009. We purchased it August 2010.

Clearly there was time for a product recall.

I have purchased many different products from ABT and alway been happy with them. This is not something ABT should sell.

Service and delivery comments:

Toshiba customer service was helpful but this was a terrible expierce and will not purchase another Toshiba product.

The manual gives excellent directions on adjusting contract, color, etc. One problem is placement of the antenna. The site needs to be changed depending on the station. Also in changing stations, the viewer first encounters a screen with snow and then must channel one stop up to get the actual channel selected.

WE USE THE TV IN THE KITCHEN ON THE COUNTER. THE WHITE TV BLENDS IN WITH THE KITCHEN COLORS.

Met and exceeded my needs. Attached to a dish network box. I use the sleep function every night.

I searched everywhere for a small, white TV with DVD player build in to use in my art studio. ABT had the best price on the web. Everyone who sees it for the first time comments how "cute" it is. I think so, too.

At first I thought the picture quality was sub-par, but then I realized that the Auto-Channel-Search had captured HD versions of all my channels and numbered them in the 700's. They look fantastic.

The speakers stink and the tv was about $75 more expensive than I think its worth, but I HAD to have white. All in all it's a good tv. I might set up an external speaker, though.

Also, you can turn off the annoying red power light that stays on constantly...look in the instrux. I bought the extended warranty. better safe than sorry.

This TV was easy to set up (I hate setting up electronic equipment). I use it in the bedroom for late night viewing and for DVD's. I'm very happy with the size and clarity. As I read in some other reviews, it does take a little time when changing channels, but I'm not in a rush.

I was really pleased with the service and delivery speed of ABT Electronics. They kept me informed by email every step of the way, and were very nice on the phone. I would definitely use them again in the future.
