After 2 years of use, the washer started making clunking noises during agitation. It sounds like someone hitting a pipe with a hammer. Found out it is the suspension. So much for upgrading to a newer top of the line washer.

Bottom Line No, I would not recommend this to a friend

I have owned this washer for over a month now and LOVE how it cleans our clothes. This machine has been put through a lot, with three adults and four kids, we do a lot of laundry. I have used it to wash everything from socks to queen size comforters and I could not be happier with the results. I especially like that I do not have to worry about adjusting water levels depending on the size of each individual load (something I forgot to do with my old machine, leaving large loads to "wash" in low water levels on more than one occasion). There are plenty of options for different load types like whites, bulky items, or darks/colors.

Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
