This is the perfect hands-free or hands-on solution when just the thought of hauling out the big mixer makes your back hurt. Have used it only once so far to beat cream cheese but it seems substantial enough for most mixing jobs. Works well, lightweight, and easy to store. Really like the sturdy stainless steel mixing bowl, but disappointed that the beater attachments weren't a little more heavy duty.

We have used the product to create our home made frosting for our red velvet cake and a few batches of cookies. What used to take hours to create a smooth frosting with another stand mixer, now only takes 15 minutes. Our cookies turned out very delicious also.

It's the perfect blend of strong full size mixer but with the size of hand held. Having the base to use is nice but it is not needed. Saving space and using less is becoming more important as we overpopulate the world.

This was a Christmas gift for my daughter-in-law from my son. She was very pleased with it and really likes the fact that the mixer can either be a stand mixer or hand mixer.

I live in NYC so space is a premium. this can be seperated and stored easily. but not as useful as a kitchenaid stand mixer. I mostly use it to make brownies and cookies in small batches. If i make more than one batch at a time i would get a stand mixer. but for my occasional baking needs this is good enough. if using the stand, you have to work the bowl. the attachments rotate the wheel by friction. I usually hold the bowl to slow the rotation or to reverse the rotation.
