Product does what it is supposed to do.

Service and delivery comments:

The pedestal/drawer is useful. We'd like to share our comments regarding the customer service support from Abt Appliance and Electronics. Since Miele's packaging of the item was not great, the drawer was damaged upon delivery. Abt sent a new one out immediately and paid for the shipping of the damaged one back to their store. After the second pedestal was shipped damaged, Abt decided to ship a third one out to us via common carrier to avoid handling of the item and it arrived in perfect condition. I would recommend Abt to anyone looking to purchase appliances or electronics. You can't get better customer support!

Don't buy front load appliances without buying the pedestals! When I purchased my front load washer and dryer a few years ago the pedestals were too tall to fit under my cabinets. Now they have a size that works perfect. What a difference it makes.
