Unit looks nice but didn't realize freezer did not work properly Until I lost all my frozen food. The fan runs but that's it. I hope once its fixed it will last many years.

Cons:	Cheap Soft Freeze lid, Difficult to fully level
Pros:	Space For Tall Items, Attractive Design, Frost-free, Door Shuts Securely, Adjustable Shelving

The freezer is attractive, has a ton of space for my needs, and so far seems to be keeping a perfect 0F even temperature. My only complaints so far are: 1) Even with the two adjustable front feet adjusted to make the freezer level, and with the freezer fully loaded, the freezer still wobbles a little when you open the door. It seems like the freezer frame itself is shifting a little every time the door is opened. It should be more sturdy. 2) The Soft Freeze Zone lid on the inside of the door is poorly designed; gravity wants to slam the lid down every time you open it, and if you don't remember to hold the lid all the way down while you open it, its plastic hinge pins easily break.
