Well built. Not hard to use. A bit tricky to get dough consistency, but this just takes practice and repetition. Faster than my previous extrusion pasta maker.

Planning on using this as the basis for a small restaurant as it's mid-level production capacity matches my needs. We will be in an area where store bought dry pasta will be difficult and/or too costly to come by so this was our best option for having a steady supply of all the pasta types we will require.
